MOPS Ministry

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) International exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.

 LBC's MOPS meets on the first and third Thursday of every month in the Koinonia Hall. We invite you to join our MOPS group this year as we learn about the life on Planet Mom! For a full schedule, click on the link to the left.

  

The Moppets program is the childcare provided during the Thursday sessions. While each mom is being helped and supported through MOPS, our screened child care workers are enriching the children through Bible stories, snacks, singing and gross motor activities.

In case of inclement weather, MOPS follows the Shawnee Mission School District closings.

Registration Costs

-MOPS International registration: $23.95 (to be paid once each year)
-Per meeting cost: $7 with children/ $5 without children
-Fall semester total: $72.95 with children/ $58.95 without children
-Spring semester total: $56 with children/ $40 without children

Fees cover childcare and meeting expenses, such as crafts, publicity, etc.
