Safety and Security
All children (6 weeks - 5th grade) must be checked in prior to attending any LBC Kidz Program.
Check in your child at one of our check-in desks located:
- Family Life Center lobby
- LBC Kidz Check In Counter in basement
At check-in you will receive a name tag for your child and a one-time code to identify you as the proper adult to pick up your child. If you misplace your security code, please come to a check in desk and/or see a LBC Kidz Staff member to assist you in picking up your child.
Children (6 weeks - 5th grade ) must be picked up from any LBC program by an adult (or older teen) with the appropriate security tag. Children will not be released on their own.
Food Allergies & Special Needs
Please inform a check -in volunteer of any food allergies or special needs of your child so it can be noted, if necessary, on your child's nametag. Parents are also encouraged to inform the leader in the child's room/program of any food allergies or special needs and if necessary, provide an alternative safe snack for their child.
We want to provide a healthy environment for all kidz, so we ask you to keep your child at home when you observe any of the following:
- Fever or vomiting (within the previous 24 hours)
- Discharge in or around the eyes
- Green or yellow runny nose
- Excessive coughing
- Diarrhea (within the previous 24 hours)
- Questionable rash
- Any communicable disease
If your child is being treated with an antibiotic, he or she should have received treatment for at least 24 hours before attending any LBC Kidz program.
if your child becomes ill while at an LBC Kidz program you will be notified via your cell phone.
