Brad has served as the Associate Youth Pastor at Lenexa Baptist since January of 2005. Brad has been working with youth ever since he graduated from high school in 1998 but did not surrender to God's call to full time youth ministry until 2004. Lenexa Baptist is the first church he has worked on staff with in any capacity and he considers it to be a genuine blessing as well as a major responsibility to be serving in this great church. Brad is working on the completion of his Bachelors in Biblical Studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Currently his family consists of his wife, Becky, and son, Rylan.

Brad grew up in a family of eight children and two loving, committed parents just south of Detroit, Michigan. Growing up he always thought going to church was something everyone did. However, it wasn't until he was 16 years old when his girlfriend Becky (now his wife) shared the gospel with him that he understood and accepted the importance of walking in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as his Savior. Since then, he has come to know God as more than his Savior. He is also Father, friend, protector, provider, and Shepard! He is the reason to live, move and exist!

Brad's goal in youth ministry is to teach, counsel, and disciple the students that God brings into his path. It is his hope that each student be able to establish the Christian faith as his own and live it out in such a way that is glorifying to God and that affects the lives of other students around him.
